Receptionist

The United States Dressage Federation (USDF) has an immediate opening for a full-time Receptionist.

Applicants for the Receptionist position must be customer service oriented, in addition to possessing the following requirements:

• Ability to answer phone calls, address visitors, and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel, acting as a professional USDF representative and first point of contact
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail oriented, accurate, and organized
• Perform routine and miscellaneous administrative tasks
• Ability to work in both a team environment and independently
• Self-motivated with the ability to multitask
• Detail orientated, accurate and organized
• Possess proficient computer skills, including database management and competency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Proficiency in operating office equipment (phone system, copier, etc.)
• Reliable and consistent attendance and punctuality
• Adaptability to interruptions in routine and flexibility to assist other departments when needed

Equine background or some knowledge of the equine industry is a plus, but not required.
